SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All items are shipped through An Post or DPD. Our processing time takes 3-5 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped.

Shipping takes 1-3 business days AFTER processing time to reach you once it leaves our facility.

Shipping times (including Processing Time):

Republic of Ireland: 7-8 working days
United Kingdom: 10-15 working days
International: 10-15 working days

Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase, Cipriani Hair Collection unfortunately will not be responsible for your package after it has been shipped. Please contact the relevant shipping service if you have any problems.

Return & Exchange Policy

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns.

Exchanges are permitted for items that are damaged or if there has been a mistake on our behalf. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service email at ciprianiimperial@gmail.com. Exchanges must be made within 14 days after you have received your item. Exchanged items MUST be unused and in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging. We also require proof of purchase.

Once we received your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you once the new item has been shipped out to you along with a tracking number.
